No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment.
Thank you for booking with us. We ask you read the information below so you are informed and agree to our policies.

PAYMENTS: We require a booking fee for appointments. All booking fees and all services are NON REFUNDABLE and the remainder of balance is due on the day. If you wish to cancel/reschedule with appropriate 48 hours given; credit will stay on account and have an expiration of 12 months.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. Please note if you cancel/change appointment within 48 hours on more than 2 occasions you will be asked to pay for any future appointments up front, in full. Please note we do not hold unconfirmed appts.

NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to show for your booked appointment will result in loss of your booking fee.
